Learn to develop proven systems to track accounts receivable more effectively and follow up on past due claims more efficiently. Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  2. Create financial systems and protocols for insurance, accounts receivable and collections follow-up. 
  3. Demonstrate techniques for writing a detailed narrative and documenting in the patient record. 
  4. Apply specific keys to reducing accounts receivable by effective and successful collection calls. 
  5. Operate with more efficient decreased accounts receivable. 
  6. Produce increased collections and improved bottom line.

She is owner and CEO of The Speaking Consulting Network and a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) and the American Academy of Dental Practice. She received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2016 AADOM conference and was listed as one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry.
