Allogenic bone grafting has become a reliable and well-established method for reconstructing the maxilla and mandible for dental implant placement– eliminating the morbidity associated with donor sites. This 60-minute webinar will examine the science of dental osseointegration and use the allogenic bone grafts for dental implants. The presentation will include a review of surgical management and techniques aimed at maximizing patient outcomes. Participants will gain practical knowledge to navigate complex cases.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Discuss the physiology of osseointegration and bone regeneration.
- Describe current methods of allogenic bone graft for oral defects.
- Explain the indications for surgical techniques and manage complications.
- Analyze special considerations and techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
