P. Angela Rake, DDS

Dr. Rake completed her dental training at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She is a graduate of the oral and maxillofacial surgery advanced training program at the University of Minnesota.
In 2002, Dr. Rake joined Dakota Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She remains active as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She lectures on numerous topics locally and nationally. She has gained national attention for safe and responsible opioid prescribing and office-based anesthesia. She has been featured in The New York Times, Washington Post, NBC Universal and local media outlets.
She is a Diplomate of ABOMS and a member of the AAOMS, ADSA, ADA, Minnesota Dental Association and Minneapolis District Dental Society.
She is past President of the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Currently, she serves on the Clinical Governance Board with US Oral Surgery Management, a NIH-NIDAMED Contracted Panelist and an appointed member and President of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.

Robert McNeill, DDS, MD

Dr. Robert McNeill is an OMS board member with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, an examiner with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, adjunct faculty with Texas A&M College of Dentistry, Member of the American Dental Association Dental Team Wellness Initiative and is an unlikely YouTuber/Podcaster with 'Between Two Teeth'. He was the co-host of the American Dental Association annual session in 2023. He is an OMS in a multi-specialty practice in Dallas, Texas with his YouTube co-host and periodontist Dr. Ganter. 

Dr. McNeill has completed his fellowship in Integrative Medicine, is a former Senior Executive Fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School and obtained his MBA in healthcare management and leadership.
