Participants of this 90-minute webinar will examine critical terms and conditions related to recruiting and negotiating the contract for a new associate surgeon for an OMS practice. Learn the significance of various terms and how to negotiate trade-offs. Discussion will take place on how to best structure the financial relationship in a fair manner while also protecting the practice and its owner(s).
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Understand key components of recruiting, negotiating the contract and hiring the candidate, as well as the long-term partnership relationship.
- Explain employment models and list communicated expectations that facilitate a successful relationship, how to manage the expectations and transitions to partnership.
- Explain the variety of compensation and bonus arrangements and how they vary due to differing financial assumptions and goals and learn to effectively implement them.
