In today's competitive employment environment, retaining top talent is critical for a thriving OMS practice. While hiring can be stressful and difficult, integrating new employees into the team can be even more demanding. A structured onboarding process can ease the transition, reduce stress and support long-term employee performance. This 90-minute webinar will discuss the elements of effective onboarding, required resources and strategies for successful implementation.

Mary Govoni, CDA, RDH, MBA
Mary Govoni brings over 50 years of experience in dentistry, serving in both clinical and administrative roles. A Certified Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist, she also has worked as a dental assisting educator and was a partner in a successful dental staffing service. For the past 30 years, Ms. Govoni has focused on speaking and consulting with dental teams, specializing in infection prevention, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, ergonomics, chairside efficiency and team communication and development. She has authored numerous articles in professional journals, is a past President of American Dental Assistants Association, serves on the Corporate Counsil for Dimensions of Dental Hygiene and is a member of the Association for Dental Safety. She also co-hosts The Compliance Divas podcast, offering weekly insights on regulatory topics affecting dental practices.
