This session will show OMS professionals at an individual, team and organization level how to implant positive practices in their personal habits, teamwork routines and the practice culture. Whether it’s at the office or at home, all can benefit from understanding how to build happier, heathier and higher performing relationships. When the practice team becomes more aligned, cohesive and focused, the patients have a more enriching experience, and the team can lessen burnout and stress.
