Getting to a successful retirement on one’s terms is the No. 1 financial goal for many AAOMS members. Qualified retirement plans – such as pensions, profit-sharing plans and 401(k)s – are powerful tools to help achieve this goal. However, while popular, they are often misused by practices or implemented sub-optimally. Non-qualified plans can be even more powerful tools, yet few practices implement them. This 90-minute webinar explains the pros and cons of both at a high level with examples. With these tools and others, participants can figure out if they are on track for their retirement goals.
