Online reviews are the best way to create social proof and build rapport with a patient before they walk through the door. This session will explore topics such as where patients are looking for reviews, how to automate the reviewing process as much as possible and how to use scripts to encourage patients to leave reviews. The speaker, whose practice averages about 100 reviews per year, also will discuss how to benefit from potential patients looking for reviews.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Identify the best places to focus efforts to obtain online reviews.
- Employ a system which automates the process for online reviews for the patient and then identifies a script which assistants can use to maximize the chance of patients leaving reviews.
- Utilize the Google review “reply” process to emphasize the practice strengths.
