Designed for private practice OMSs, this session will focus on three facets of practice management: vision, patient journey analysis and daily management. Vision covers developing a clear vision, strategic planning for growth, financial planning and scaling strategies. Patient journey analysis involves mapping the patient journey, identifying critical steps and bottlenecks, leveraging technology and enhancing patient experience at each touchpoint. Daily management addresses implementing a culture of continuous improvement, effective team communication strategies, performance monitoring, staff training and problem-solving techniques.
*Indicates that this activity is approved by AAOMS for continuing dental education credit ONLY.
