Seeing Around Corners: Emerging DEIB Trends to Attract and Retain Employees* - On Demand Access

Employee retention is an important component to the overall success of an OMS practice. The talent lifecycle is an individual’s journey within an organization from initial recruitment to departure. This 90-minute webinar will focus on the various stages of hiring employees, including sourcing and recruiting, enhancing performance, compensation and rewards, and training and development – all viewed through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). Participants will learn how to critically evaluate and revamp their approaches to job ads, interviewing techniques, hiring and onboarding practices, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms and retention programs. In addition, the webinar will encourage organizations to embrace DEIB as a fundamental aspect of their talent management strategy to drive long-term success and enrich workplace cultures.
