Staff will learn the value of a crash cart that is organized and maintained by staff in this session. When an emergency happens in the office, the staff must be comfortable with the crash cart and the supplies in that cart. The crash cart needs to be organized in a way that will enable a successful outcome when an emergency happens.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Discuss how to organize a crash cart to the needs of staff.
- Demonstrate how to lead a team in an emergency with confidence and skill.
- Explain the importance of each drug and what that drug does for the patient in an emergent situation.
