In today’s rapidly evolving dentistry landscape, obtaining predictable referrals is becoming increasingly challenging. This session aims to address the changing referral dynamics and equip attendees with strategies to adapt and thrive. Attendees will delve into the challenges of generating consistent and predictable referrals and the importance of understanding and effectively communicating with different generations to improve referral loyalty. Additionally, the impact on referrals of a shift toward general practitioners keeping dentistry in-house will be explored, and strategies to build trust and create value for referrals based on each generation’s ideals will be shared.
