A Review of Hard-Tissue Grafting in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Hard-tissue augmentation is a core part of daily oral and maxillofacial surgery practice - from routine socket grafting to full-arch reconstruction of the maxilla or mandible. This 60-minute live webinar breaks down the fundamentals that drive predictable outcomes, helping OMSs make confident, case-appropriate decisions across a wide range of clinical scenarios. Participants will learn how key patient and site factors influence procedure selection, material choice and healing timelines. The presentation also clarifies how today's leading regenerative options compare, including when autogenous bone may still be the best fit and when alternative approaches can better support long-term implant stability and esthetic contour management.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  1. Comprehend the principles of bone healing and regeneration.
  2. Establish understanding of bone grafting materials and techniques to improve augmentation outcomes.
  3. Identify techniques to avoid and manage common complications of hard-tissue augmentation procedures.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants will receive a full refund up until the day before the event. No refund will be given on the day of or after the event.
