Mi Young Kim, DMD

Mi Young Kim, DMD, is a maxillofacial prosthodontist with specialized expertise in complex prosthetic rehabilitation, including intraoral and facial prosthetics for post-cancer care. She currently serves as faculty in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati, where she actively participates in interdisciplinary care for patients requiring maxillofacial prostheses. Dr. Kim's teaching roles include training general dentistry residents, ENT fellows, oral and maxillofacial surgery residents and dental hygiene students. She lectures on topics such as digital workflows, facial prosthetics and implant-supported rehabilitation. She is a board-certified dental laboratory technologist and an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists and American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.

Supritha Nilam, DDS, MD, is Assistant Professor of Clinical in the Department of Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Division at UCHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended dental school at New York University College of Dentistry and completed her OMS residency at UCLA David Geffen School of Dental Medicine, during which she received her medical degree and completed a general surgical internship. Dr. Nilam has a strong interest in orthognathic surgery, benign pathology and craniofacial implants as well as hard- and soft-tissue augmentation.

Tara L. Aghaloo, DDS, MD, PhD, is a professor in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Her clinical practice focuses on bone and soft-tissue regeneration for dental implants and patients with mediation-related osteonecrosis of the jaw. Dr. Aghaloo is Associate Editor of the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a member of the OMS Foundation Committee on Research, past president of the Academy of Osseointegration, member of the ADA Council on Scientific Affairs, board member of Strasbourg Osteosynthesis Research Group North America and board member of the Osteo Science Foundation.
